You agree that the owners of this website maintain the exclusive right and may, at any time and with no warning and no responsibility to you, modify or interrupt the operation of this website and of its services or to delete the data you have submitted, temporally or permanently. We shall have no responsibility for data update, cancellation, saving failure, inaccuracy or incorrect delivery of any data or information.

Your Responsibilities and your Obligations for the Registration

In order to use this website, you will have to register, to agree to submit accurate information when required, and to be at least thirteen (13) years old or older. With your registration you unconditionally agree to our “Terms of Use”, which may be modified from time to time and are available here. 

Registration and Password

You are responsible to maintain your password confidential and you will be responsible for all actions through your registration or connection, whether authorized from you or not.  You agree to inform us immediately for any unauthorized use of your password.


According to availability, the purchases may take place directly through www.kartshop.gr, provided that you create an account.


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible at info@kartshop.gr. We will make all efforts to satisfy your request. Although, once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase will be cancelled or modified. If the modification/cancellation is not successful, after receiving your order, please follow the return directions.  


Regarding your on-line purchases from our on-line store, we accept returns or changes, provided that the merchandise is in its initial conditions. The returned products must be sent to the following address:

In order to complete a return-change the product must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice. We will not accept products that have been damaged, used, modified or destroyed. Returns-changes will be submitted to control within 5-7 days from receipt. Returns can only be processed with the issuance of a document of the same form of the one used for purchase. Entire merchandise value will be returned –exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, products for sale must be returned – exchanged within 10 days from purchase. Please note that the shipping expenses are not returned and that different regulations may apply to the store. We recommend the merchandise for return to be shipped with secured postal packages for observation purposes, as well as in case the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
We maintain the right to deny the return of merchandise, which does not apply to the above return conditions, according to our judgment.
The change of a product bought from kartshop.gr includes a simple procedure of two steps. Firstly, please start by directly choosing and purchasing the product for which you wish to exchange. Secondly, return the original merchandise, following the steps described in the previous paragraph. Please note that returned product must be delivered to us in its initial condition and that the new order is subject to availability. Shipping costs for any product return is under client’s responsibility.


Kartshop.gr offers repair services for its products. The merchandise for repair must be shipped to us to the following address:

Please, attach to the repair request a detailed description of the damage, your contact details and the original purchase invoice. We recommend to package the products with safety and to insure them through the insurance services of the shipping company. Please allow us 2-4 weeks for the evaluation of the repair. Detailed information on the repair as well as on the evaluated cost will be sent to you as soon as the evaluation is completed. The shipping costs towards and from the repairing center is covered exclusively by the client.

Shipping alternatives

The shipping expenses are calculated during the order confirmation by choosing one of the available shipping alternatives.
Probably the system will not be able to process some particular cases. In this case, the shipping cost will be modified based on the official pricelist of our cooperating company.
After the delivery of the sold product to the shipping company, our company has no responsibility whatsoever, and has totally fulfilled its obligations. The shipping company is completely responsible for the fast, correct and safe delivery of the product to the client, according to the general transport terms of agreement of the determined company.
The client may, at his/her expense, determine a different way of transport of the purchased product to him/her.

Delivery time

The term delivery time indicates the delivery date of the purchased products from us to the shipping company. Our company has no responsibility in case of eventual delays caused by the shipping company.

Products availability

Regarding the products that are not immediately available, the delivery time is defined to a period of one (1) month, without that being binding for our company. In order to proceed to an immediate order targeting the most rapid service for the client, you will have to complete the order, as well as the payment of the requested product or service. In case the delivery time exceeds the period of one month, you will be informed on time.


The prices registered on our website are valued in Euro. Even though we try to assure that all prices in our website are accurate, there may be some inaccuracies. If we discover an inaccuracy in the price of the product you have ordered, we will give you the possibility to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.
